The donor receives an instant acknowledgement mail along with an SMS. After receipt of a reconciliation statement from the bank, a receipt is sent directly via e-mail. A welcome package, which is a token of appreciation, accompanies the receipt. The beneficiary receives a birthday wish, invitations for significant events, updates to the program and annual impact report of the year.

The money will be assigned to the specific program for which a contribution via check or online is made by the client. The utilization and results are regulated, monitored and audited. The outcome is reflected in the annual impact report which is communicated with donors.

Yes, contributions in USD and pounds accepted by the organization, but only in the form of cheque, drafts or online payment gateway. As a policy, the organization abides by all government standards and ensures transparency to donors. The organization’s international supporters have an FCRA account. However, tax exemptions are applicable in compliance with the country-specific guidelines.

There is no special sum to be donated.

Yes, the platform is safe for any kind of transaction. Any exchange of information is kept safe and not disclosed to anyone. The payment gateway is also a third party payment gateway approved by the financial institutions under the Government of India and therefore, any transaction is fully secured.

We respect the privacy of our donors. Donor details will not reveal or exchanged with any external agency under any circumstances.
